Check Stripe Subscription Payments – Look for Failed Payments

If a Payment/Subscription has failed

  • Note Email Address
  • Check to see if other Email Addresses from that client have been also used in Stripe.
  • Send an Email (Template set Up) to the Client with the email(S) they use on Stripe and the Stripe Customer Portal  Link https://findnetsolutions.com/stripe-customer-portal. So they can Update their Stripe Payment Method (see Stripe Note Pad).
  • Note: if they have more than 1 email in Stripe. Make sure they know that they need to log into the Stripe Customer Portal Link for each Email Address and update with their new Payment method.

  • Check TPP Wholesale
    Domain Names Due
    – Go to Finances > Commission Account/Approve Payments > Click ‘(Approve all commission payments) *’
  • Check Credit Card Due – It’s a Google Sheets and send an email to remind clients we need a new Credit Card.
  • Check Clixlo CRM Tasks (Clixlo > Contacts > Tasks) for the Existing Month and Next Month just in case we need to do an Invoice before the end of the month before the next month starting
  • Check Clients cPanel Notes/Calendar Reminders – Speed and Security Google sheet
  • Updating Subscriptions – Stripe and TPP Wholesale
  • Check the Billing Spreadsheet that ALL New Clients are Added. PLUS Update Services for ALL Existing Clients are entered.

  • Search for blocked IP and releasing them
  • Ability to custom block or allow IP (whitelist / blacklist)
  • How to add an additional port allowance to the firewall in case of blocked applications.
  • How to block countries in the case of a DDOS attack.

Please specifically be on the lookout for any applications not functioning after the hardening of the server has completed.
